If you desire to receive
a credit for an auction due to non payment you must first do the following
4 things and provide proof of same and mail this to us within 30 days
of the auction ending date to bidforbirds.com, Attn: Credit Department,

1. Check to make sure
you e-mailed the customer once the auction ended and supply us with proof
of same. E-mail addresses must match the ones in our system given at
registration
2. Send a reminder e-mail to the customer and allow at least 3 days for them
to respond and provide proof of same. E-mail addresses must match the ones
in our system given at registration
3. Request a phone number for this user from us and call them.
